Meet Sal Butler, the heart behind the Mint Heart 💚
With nearly two decades of experience, my journey into health and wellbeing has been driven by a genuine passion for helping people feel better, physically and emotionally. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients navigating symptoms such as digestive issues, fatigue, skin conditions, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, and more. This has shaped my belief that true health isn’t just about one area, it’s about looking at the whole person.
My Story
In 2006, as a single mum juggling work and raising my girls, life often felt exhausting and overwhelming. During that time, I started to feel there had to be more to health and wellbeing than simply taking medication just to get through the day. Along the way, I was introduced to alternative approaches to healing, including Bach Flowers, which helped me find more emotional balance within myself and inspired me to support others in the same way. That became the beginning of The Mint Heart journey.
Professional Training
I trained in a variety of holistic and alternative therapies focused on supporting both emotional and physical wellbeing. I truly believe the mind and body are deeply connected, and that what we eat, how we live, and how we feel emotionally can all have a significant impact on our overall health.

When choosing a name for my business, I kept coming back to MINT. I love how fresh, calming, and uplifting it feels. The HEART represents compassion, empathy and emotional balance; something that sits at the centre of everything I do.
Together, The Mint Heart was born to reflect a caring, holistic approach to emotional and physical wellbeing.
